'Gotham Knights' got a release date.

The open-world Batman spinoff has been delayed by a year.

Gotham Knights now has a set release date. On October 25th, the open-world co-op RPG will be released for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Gotham Knights was supposed to be released in 2021, however Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed in March that it will be postponed until this year.

Developer WB Games Montreal showcased Gotham Knights at the DC FanDome in August 2020. You can take on the role of Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, or Red Hood as you strive to take down the Court of Owls, a collection of crooks that operate in the shadows and pull the strings on Gotham's elite. Following Batman's supposed demise, you'll also have to deal with Mr. Freeze and the Penguin.

Rocksteady, which created the previous games in the Batman: Arkham series, is working on a Batman-related project of its own. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is also set to hit in 2022.
