Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales launches on PC in November

Insomniac Games announced on Thursday that Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PC will be released on November 18th. The game is currently available for preorder on Steam and the Epic Games Store for $49.99.

Miles Morales, like Sony's other PC ports, will have a number of PC-specific enhancements. According to Sony, the game is "fully optimised" for ultrawide monitors, with aspect ratios of 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 (for "triple monitor setups"). You'll be able to enable ray-traced reflections and experiment with various graphics quality settings, and the game supports upscaling technologies such as Nvidia's DLSS 3. Furthermore, if you connect a DualSense controller, you can take advantage of controller-specific features such as varying levels of trigger feedback and haptic rumble. If you want to see the recommended specifications, Sony and Insomniac Games have provided a table.

Miles Morales will be the latest in a long line of PlayStation PC games. Sony released an excellent port of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered in August, and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be released next week. Miles Morales isn't yet verified for Steam Deck, but I'm sure it will be soon; Remastered works fantastically on the handheld gaming PC, which is quickly becoming the new portable PlayStation.
