All the details about Assassin's Creed Mirage that have appeared so far.

Assassin's Creed Mirage has received new information from Youtuber j0nathan, who was the first to report the exact name of the new Assassin's Creed part.

What We Know So Far

The action will take place in one city, Baghdad, which is surrounded by desert landscapes, rivers, and oases.

Baghdad's areas are controlled by four ringleaders, and the player must fight each of them.

Assassin's Creed Mirage will include many elements from the franchise's early instalments, which the developers eventually abandoned. Knife-throwing and a greater emphasis on stealth are two examples given by Jonathan.

The crowds in the streets will be one of the most noticeable aspects of Mirage. The game will be similar to Assassin's Creed Unity in this regard.

Important enemy kills will be shown in slow motion, as in previous instalments; Mirage will also include new acrobatic abilities to help the hero move around Baghdad quickly and safely;

As previously announced, the protagonist will be a young assassin named Basim from Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Assassin's Creed Mirage will be available in April and June of 2023.

In February, Bloomberg reported that Ubisoft was working on a smaller, stealth-focused Assassin's Creed game alongside its larger Assassin's Creed Infinity project (likely an online game of some kind). Another leaker recently claimed that the second upcoming Assassin's Creed game will be called Assassin's Creed Mirage.

We now have proof of that. Ubisoft confirmed the leak today with an image posted to Twitter and a sentence that it's hard not to read without adding an exasperated sigh: from the publisher "Assassin's Creed Mirage is the next Assassin's Creed game."

The official information about the game will be revealed at Ubisoft Forward on September 10th, in the evening.
