The brilliant Call of Duty game mode Zombies is returning to mobile gamers. Call of Duty: Zombies is back with a deadly vengeance as part of the CoD Mobile Season 9 update! If you've been waiting to fight the undead again, your chance is almost here!
Call of Duty: Zombies is making a triumphant return to mobile, as revealed in the official trailer for CoD Mobile Season 9. The new trailer, titled Zombies Are Back, shows all-new undead action in the pocket shooter.
In the new season, the mode will return with two distinct options. First and foremost, you'll be able to play Zombies Classic, the standard wave-based mode introduced in Call of Duty: World at War. The mode will even be set on the popular Shi No Numa map from World at War.
Season 9 also introduces players to Super Attack of the Undead. In this mode, you can choose to play as a survivor or as the dreaded undead. This Infected-style game mode ends even if every player has been transformed into a shambling zombie.
Unfortunately, the Season 9 update does not restore all previously removed zombie content. It is, however, a good option for those looking to get their Zombies fix!
The Season 9 update includes more than just Call of Duty: Zombies, though it is the most marketable. In fact, the content drop includes a slew of new toys to play with.
To begin, you can now play on a new Halloween-themed map called Haunted Hacienda. This map will be used in conjunction with the game's Haunted Voyage event. Oh, how terrifying!
Of course, there are some new weapons as well. Have you been craving a remote-detonated C4? How does the Krig 6 Assault Rifle compare? All of that and more is available!
The new Call of Duty: Mobile update is not yet available. It will, however, be available on October 12th at 5pm PT. Do you have your boots on the ground?
